AF FOAM RM

AF FOAM RM is a mono-component polyurethane product, under pressure in a container, which expands from 20 to 30 litres of foam. Each 740 ml package contains a special prepolymer mixed with hydrocarbons used as propellants.

 

AF FOAM RM is recommended when it is impossible to use other products due to access problems. The foam has a high degree of penetration and allows sealing of gaps up to 50 mm wide.

It is not certified on plasterboard walls.

APPLICATION METHOD:

  1. shake the AF FOAM RM canister for at least a minute;
  2. insert the nozzle in the spray head;
  3. turn down the container;
  4. apply the foam inside the opening until it is filled;
  5. the joint does not allow the self-supporting of the expanding mass, create a disposable formwork on the intrados;
  6. when hardened, remove the overflowing edges with a cutter.

 

 

WARNING

The product is flammable before and during application due to the propellant required to extrude the product.

The product should be applied away from any incandescent material, flames and sparks. It is not certified on plasterboard walls.
